One brainrot holds one mutation. Traits are separate and can stack. The mutation article's examples add every multiplier, then multiply the base income per second.
Ventoliero Pavonero is the article's worked example at $65,000,000 per second before multipliers.
| Build | Multipliers added | Income per second |
|---|---|---|
| Default | 1 | $65,000,000 |
| Gold | 1.25 | $81,250,000 |
| Cyber | 11 | $715,000,000 |
| Default plus one trait the example counts as 5 | 6 | $390,000,000 |
| Gold plus that same 5 | 6.25 | $406,250,000 |
| Cyber plus two traits counted as 5 each | 21 | $1,365,000,000 |
The article text also shows a broken formula line. Follow the worked dollars, not that line. The trait counted as 5 in the example is Fire or Nyan. The traits article lists both of those at 6x, and another current list uses 5x for Nyan. Do not add 5 and 6 for the same trait.
Carpet mutations
Gold, Diamond, and Rainbow can appear on the red carpet. The table lists Gold at 10 percent since 31 May 2025, Diamond at 5 percent since the same day, and Rainbow at 1 percent since 21 June 2025. The Rainbow Machine raises that Rainbow chance. It does not print the new percent.
Event mutations
Bloodrot, Candy, Lava, Galaxy, Yin Yang, Radioactive, Cursed, Divine, and Cyber are marked unobtainable without admin abuse, with a mild chance while their event is up. Phantom, Crystal, and Eclipse are listed on a half-hour event without that same unobtainable line. Eclipse is 14x and the article calls it the best multiplier at the time of the page. Divine matches Rainbow at 10x, and Divine units can also roll the Halo trait.
Collecting at least 75 percent of the obtainable brainrots of one mutation unlocks a base skin. The settings icon, scrolled down, swaps unlocked skins.
Celestial was added on 28 June 2025 at 4x and is missing from the current mutation table opened for this page. It is not listed as a mutation you can still roll.
Use the carpet-chance calculator only for the chance model. Once you own the unit, multiply the base by the sum of multipliers instead.
